Smoothie Bowls are and amazing way to get your fruit fix. I loved them so much at one point that I had a smoothie bowl for 2 meals a day. You can get creative with your favorite fruits, nuts, proteins etc. Here is what this pretty bowl of color is full of.



1/2 – Banana
1/2 – Kiwi
4 – Strawberries
1/4 c. – Blueberries
5 – Blackberries
5 – Raspberries
1/2 c. -Spinach
2 – Whole Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. – Peanut Butter
1 c. – Chobani Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp. – Vega Sport Vanilla Protein Powder
5-10 – Ice Cubes

(If you aren’t sure about veggies in your smoothie no need to add the spinach and mushroom. I find that the mushroom gives a nice thickness to the smoothie without adding any flavors.)


1/2 – Banana Sliced
1/2 – Kiwi Sliced
10 – Blueberries
2 – Strawberries Sliced
1 Tbsp. – Whole Chia Seeds

Other tasty toppings include sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, goji berries, and flax seed powders)


  1. Get all your ingredients together. And place them in your blending container.
  2. Blend the mix for 30-60 sec. or until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie mix into a bowl, add the toppings, and taste the rainbow for your next snack or meal.
