Chicken can get boring sometimes. But adding a variety of spices, dressings, and mixing up your veggies brings back some flavor. Who doesn’t like the taste of chicken though its full of juicy flavor, especially with the skin.
1 – 3 oz. Chicken Breast w/ Skin
1 tsp. – Black Pepper
1 tsp. – Olive Oil
1 tsp. – Chicken Spice
1 c. – Spinach
1/4 – Onion
1 c. – Quartered Canned Artichokes
1 c. – Mushrooms Sliced
1 tsp. – Vegetable Seasoning Spice
2 Tbsp. – Salad Dressing of Choice
- Bring a pan to medium high heat and steam the chicken breast. Then cover in spices and drizzle the olive oil. Continue to cook on low for a sizzle to seal in the flavor.
- In another pan on medium high add your veggies with a splash of water. Steam them and then bring down the heat and add vegetable seasoning of your choice or an all natural salad dressing with no added sugars.
- Serve it up on your plate. Dinner takes only 15 min to make. Easy and quick healthy eating is really possible.
