Chicken can get boring sometimes. But adding a variety of spices, dressings, and mixing up your veggies brings back some flavor. Who doesn’t like the taste of chicken though its full of juicy flavor, especially with the skin.

Ingredients:

1 – 3 oz. Chicken Breast w/ Skin
1 tsp. – Black Pepper
1 tsp. – Olive Oil
1 tsp. – Chicken Spice
1 c. – Spinach
1/4 – Onion
1 c. – Quartered Canned Artichokes
1 c. – Mushrooms Sliced
1 tsp. – Vegetable Seasoning Spice
2 Tbsp. – Salad Dressing of Choice

Directions:

  1. Bring a pan to medium high heat and steam the chicken breast. Then cover in spices and drizzle the olive oil. Continue to cook on low for a sizzle to seal in the flavor.
  2. In another pan on medium high add your veggies with a splash of water. Steam them and then bring down the heat and add vegetable seasoning of your choice or an all natural salad dressing with no added sugars.
  3. Serve it up on your plate. Dinner takes only 15 min to make. Easy and quick healthy eating is really possible.
